This project is for my UX Design II class where we were tasked with redesigning a website that has many UX flaws that could benefit from a design audit and sprint.

Hidden Navigation Bar
Navigation Bar is hidden, does not respond well, and cluttered.
Very Weak CTA
“Order Now” is small and low contrast
Poor Photo Quality
Photo quality is low and does not highlight the product
Dated Design
The original website design felt outdated and lacked visual appeal, which impacted user engagement and overall credibility
Information Clarity and Hierarchy
The original design suffered from low contrast, small text sizes, and excessive content, creating a cluttered and overwhelming experience. My goal was to simplify the interface, improve readability, and create a more visually accessible and user-friendly layout.
To address these issues, I implemented a high-contrast design for improved readability and accessibility. I highlighted the primary call-to-action with a clear, visually prominent button and ensured each section of the homepage supported the core goal: shopping. I also introduced a shopping cart icon and streamlined the checkout process to create a faster, more intuitive shopping experience.
To improve information clarity and visual hierarchy, I developed a simple yet effective design system that defined consistent styles for typography, colors, and UI elements. This helped create a cohesive and intuitive experience across the entire site.
